Ogliarola is one of the most widespread cultivars in southern Italy, especially in Puglia and Basilicata. Golden yellow with light green reflections, it is very pleasing to the nose, because of the intensity of the fruity aromas and the characteristic almond scent. Overall, it is a harmonious and elegant oil, equidistant between the various components, none of which takes over the others.

This type of olive tree originates in the town of Corato, from which it takes its name. From its pressing you will get an oil with very low acidity. Its color is yellow with reflections tending to gold and has a very aromatic and fruity smell. It has a slightly spicy taste and a bitter aftertaste.
