Lamaconte reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time; changes will take effect upon publication on the website.

3. Products and Availability

Craftsmanship: Many of our products are handmade and hand-decorated. Any minor aesthetic variations or imperfections do not constitute defects, but rather proof of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of the piece.
Prices: All prices expressed on the website are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order completion.
Availability: As some items are artisanal productions or tied to specific stock, product availability is subject to change. In the event of sudden unavailability, the user will be promptly informed and refunded.

4. Purchasing Process and Payment

An order is considered finalized upon the transmission of the order confirmation by Lamaconte. Payments can be made using the methods available on the website. The user guarantees that they hold the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made via express courier to the address provided during purchase.
Delivery times vary based on the destination and product availability.
Upon delivery, users are advised to inspect the packages for integrity. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the courier and to Lamaconte along with photographic evidence.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers)

If the user purchases as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to the Consumer Code.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized, and for food products that risk rapid deterioration or have been opened.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact customer support via email. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lamaconte website (texts, images, logos, photographs, graphics, videos) is protected by copyright laws and is the exclusive property of Lamaconte or its respective holders. Any reproduction, modification, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lamaconte shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use of the website or purchased products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract, if the customer is a consumer, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile; in all other cases, the Court of Bari shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
